CinchDollars app privacy policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This policy covers CinchDollars: Paid Surveys (com.cinchdollars.app), operated by Cinch Data Solutions. The app provides guides, calculators and access to the Cint-powered CinchDollars member portal. Contact info@cinchbucks.com about privacy or support@cinchbucks.com for app support.
Account and survey information
Registration and sign-in take place in the embedded Cint portal. Account information can include your name, email, member identifier, address, phone number, date of birth and country. Profile and survey questions can request demographic, household, employment, income and other personal information. Reward records can include balances, redemption history and payment details you provide to the reward service.
Voluntary profile or survey questions may concern race or ethnicity, political or religious views, or health. Read the consent information before answering. You can decline a survey or question; this may affect eligibility or incentives. Do not enter passwords, payment details or sensitive information in calculator inputs or support messages.
Technical information and local app data
When you use online services, the app and portal make HTTPS requests. Service providers may receive your IP address, approximate location, device and browser information, identifiers, request times and interactions. The embedded portal uses cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, survey participation and fraud prevention. Anti-bot services may process browser and interaction information under their own notices.
The app stores your language preference locally. Calculator inputs are processed on your device and are not submitted by the calculators to a server. Opening the member portal or online articles makes network requests. The Android app does not request precise location, microphone, camera or broad storage permissions, and does not request the Android advertising ID. This release uses standard account and survey profiling; it does not enable optional advertising-exposure tracking or photo/video uploads.
Why information is used and who receives it
Information is used to operate accounts, match and deliver surveys, record participation and rewards, answer support requests, protect against fraud, maintain service quality and meet legal requirements.
The panel, Cint, research clients and service providers may process or receive relevant account, profile, response, technical or reward information as needed for those activities and as described in the consent shown to you. Reward providers process the details required for the option you select. We do not promise that survey responses are anonymous. Cint describes the panel owner as a controller and its panel processing as performed on the controller’s behalf. Independently administered surveys and external websites have their own privacy notices. Review those notices before participating.
Security and international processing
The app connects to its configured online services using HTTPS. Internet transmissions and stored information cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Access and processing depend on the relevant service provider. Cint is a global service and personal information may be processed outside your country; its participant notice explains international transfers and safeguards.
Your choices, access and deletion
You can use public guides and calculators without creating an account. In the member portal, use the profile icon and Account page to manage available account settings, request your data or close membership. You can stop participating in a survey and use the unsubscribe instructions in invitation emails.
For account and associated data deletion without installing the app, email info@cinchbucks.com from your registered email address, state that you want your CinchDollars account and associated personal data deleted, and include your panel country. Do not send your password. The account-deletion page provides the current portal steps. You can also contact privacy@cint.com about Cint-held information.
Information is kept for the relevant service purpose and applicable legal or contractual requirements. Some records may remain after closure, including those needed to honor an opt-out or legal obligations. There is no universal deletion deadline. Closing membership is irreversible and may forfeit the remaining balance; read the portal warning first. Cint aims to respond to rights requests within 30 days and may notify you if it needs more time.
Age and policy updates
This Android app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Registration and survey eligibility also depend on the requirements of the selected panel and applicable local rules. We update this page when the app’s practices change and show the revision date above.
