Request account and data deletion
Email info@cinchbucks.com from your registered email address. State that you want your CinchDollars account and its associated personal data deleted, and include your panel country. You can make this request without installing the app. Do not send your password.

Close your account in the member portal
- Open the CinchDollars member portal and select your registered country.
- Sign in, select the profile icon, and open Account.
- Scroll to Close Account and follow the confirmation instructions.
The same portal is available from Account & Surveys in the Android app.

Personal data and retention
Request deletion of your identifying details, profile, and associated survey and reward records. Closing membership is not a guarantee that every record is immediately erased. Cint may retain information where required by law, contractual obligations, or to honor an opt-out. Its notice sets no single fixed retention period.
